Order processing

Orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Most orders are dispatched within 2 business days. During promotional periods and public holidays this may extend to 7 business days.

Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST begin processing on the next business day.

Where your order ships from

[tên store] fulfils orders from more than one warehouse. Depending on which location holds stock when you order, your parcel is dispatched either from our fulfilment partner in California, United States, or from our overseas warehouse in Asia.

The warehouse is assigned automatically and cannot be selected at checkout. Orders dispatched from our overseas warehouse take longer to arrive, and the delivery windows below reflect that difference.

Delivery time

Delivery time is counted from the date your parcel is dispatched, not from the date you place your order.

United States and Canada

  • Dispatched from our US warehouse — arrives 3–10 business days after dispatch. Counting from the day you order, that is 5–15 business days in total.

  • Dispatched from our overseas warehouse — arrives 10–20 business days after dispatch. Counting from the day you order, that is 12–25 business days in total.

Australia and other international destinations

  • Arrives 10–25 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance.

These are estimates based on our own delivery records, not guarantees. Delivery may take longer during peak seasons, or where a parcel is held for customs inspection or delayed by the carrier.

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will reship it or refund you in full, at your choice.

We do not offer overnight, express or guaranteed next-day delivery.
